Innovative Approach
Emotional Profit is a concept that was developed by me to measure the emotional advantage or edge that an organization has developed in the fiscal year. It helps to benchmark intangible and non-financial aspects of the business. aspects like Culture of Innovation, Intellectual Capital, Creativity, Customer Relationships, Supplier and Trade Dealings and Relationships, Management Capabilities; Employee satisfaction, etc. These aspects are intangible but very pivotal to the organization's business strategy. The emotional aspects of business are unique to every organization and very closely linked to organizational culture.There is really no benchmark except the one you set for a business or organization.
